Content Moderator Job

Job Description

We are looking for responsible content moderators to perform a variety of moderation tasks. Duties of the content moderators include filtering contents or replying customers by email or comments, moderating text, images and videos to a set of pre-agreed guidelines for a website / mobile apps. You will be provided with rules to follow and answers to all questions.

The primary language we’re looking for is English but other languages like French, German, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, Japanese are also required.

Please note, as security required from our clients, this job could not be performed from home, you need to work on our offices in the city center of Zaporizhia or Kharkiv.

Responsibilities

• Being always on time at work
• Reply to messages, comments, questions, reviews
• Hide, ban, approve comments
• Text, images, and videos moderation
• Report unanswered questions to managers
• Follow the company guidelines and best practices

Skills And Qualifications

• Responsible and self-discipline
• Strong English language skills or other languages like French, German, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, and Japanese
• Proficiency in Using PC
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written communication skills
• High School degree; additional qualification will be a plus

Experience

• You have 1 -3 years relative experience to apply for a junior position
• You have 4 - 7 years relative experience to apply for a senior position
• You have +7 years relative experience to apply for a manager position
